US Psyops Kill: Covid, SCS & Ritter’s War-nings!

On June 14, 2024, Reuters  reported that the “Pentagon ran a secret anti-vax campaign to undermine China during pandemic. ” The report exposes U.S. ruthlessness, inhumanity and murderous atrocity against the Philippines, its own “ally”, that certainly caused the majority of the 4.1-million infections and 66,864 Covid deaths in  our country. The U.S. campaign promoted vaccine hesitancy against Sinovac that had arrived earliest in the Philippines, thus kick-starting Duterte’s vaccination campaign.

                On June 18, four days after in the same week, Project Myoushu, the “assertive transparency” psywar operations of the U.S., which targeted to “exact a reputational cost on China” through its provocations in the SCS disputed areas that use Philippine security and military institutions, exacted what the Americans want: a Filipino navy man’s blood from a severed thumb that provided as new fodder for Project Myoushu anti-China propaganda.                 At this point in time, the U.S. intensification of psy-ops to saturate and instill the “China threat” among the Filipino masses has been going on for three-and-a-half years. Survey groups have been used to create an impression of massive anti-China sentiment. Mainstream media, political and civil society entities are complicit in the US psyops that have dire consequences.

War-nings from true American Friends.

                On June 12, two days earlier In the same week. , the U.S.-based Schiller Institute convened an Emergency Press Conference at the U.S. National Press Club on the topic “The Danger of Nuclear War is Real, and Must be Stopped.” Three retired U.S. high-brass individuals – U.N. Weapons Inspector Maj. Scott Ritter, WWII veteran and ex-state senator Col. Richard Black, and Iraq War veteran Col. Lawrence Wilkerson – took turns delivering almost the same message to Filipinos.

                Below, I quote key portions of the 791-word impromptu statement of Major Scott Ritter whose views are representative of the three U.S. veteran military officers, all of whom had previous engagement with the Philippines. Ritter’s caring words to the Filipinos expressed the following advice,

“… I have a warm spot in my heart for the Philippines. Let’s build upon what Colonel Wilkerson had said earlier.

The United States is incapable of fighting a sustained conflict against a peer-level force. The United States cannot fight and engage China and win. We will not beat the Chinese. We cannot beat the Chinese… we know this, and yet we’re using the Philippines to create the conditions of potential conflict with the Chinese.

Please understand that for the Filipino people, this is a recipe for disaster. You think America is your friend. So too did the Ukrainian people, and they are dying by the hundreds of thousands. Friends don’t let friends die in those quantities… America has never been the friend of Ukrainians, and we are not the friends of the Filipinos….

You are a tool, nothing but a tool. And when the tool ceases to be useful, we will discard you… China is not your enemy. China is your neighbor. China is your friend. China doesn’t want war…”

Pentagon Admits No Qualms Murdering Filipinos.

                According to the Reuters report, the Pentagon set up at least three hundred fake accounts in 2021 on Twitter (now X). These carried the slogan #Chinaangvirus and bore graphics showing China’s red flag, vaccine vials with Sinovac and Duterte embellished with various ugly faces. Also posted were messages such as “Covid came from China and the VACCINE also came from China, don’t trust China!”

                The anti-China, anti-Sinovac, anti-Duterte black propaganda of the Pentagon linked up with the usual US-proxy politicians in the Philippine Senate. Franklin Drilon, Riza Hontiveros and Panfilo Lacson obstructed the early acceptance of the Sinovac vaccine. The U.S. employed civil society groups, including nurses’ associations, to pose obstacles to Sinovac, all the while pushing Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines that are now widely suspected of causing myocarditis even as e AstraZeneca has been withdrawn from the market.

                 Military.com, the U.S. military website, says, “Pentagon Stands by Secret Anti-Vaccination Disinformation Campaign in Philippines After Reuters Report.” The campaign had been ordered by Trump’s defense secretary Mark Esper “to discredit China’s Sinovac inoculation to serve as payback for Beijing’s efforts to blame Washington for the pandemic…” However, I think the real reason is to cover-up the development of the Covid-19 virus in the U.S. by Dr. Baric through experiments at U.S. laboratories in Ft. Detrick, Virginia, which were later released at Wuhan by a U.S. military team.

                The Reuters’ report is a bombshell that should shake every Filipino, especially Filipinos who are pro-US and anti-China, to re-examine their dependence and susceptibility to U.S. media reports on crucial issues, whether about Covid 19 in the past to today’s South China Sea news and developments that are manipulated by the blatantly- open U.S. psywar operations known as “Project Myoushu” that is being orchestrated by ex-USAF Col. Raymond Powell, its U.S. creator,  and implemented by  U.S. proxies in the Philippine government.

Open Investigations Imperative.

                We laud Senator Imee Marcos’ announced investigation of the U.S. military propaganda campaign against the Chinese vaccine Sinovac  as reported by Reuters on Jjune 14. Translating her statement in Tagalog, Senator Imee said, “We are very saddened by the alleged ‘confirmed’ report that Pentagon is not denying – all to discredit their Chinese foes.”, and “The problem is that Filipinos’ lives were placed at risk just because they don’t want to get vaccinated with Sinovac. That’s why we will delve into this as soon as possible.”

                We fully support the call for open investigations. We also demand the resumption and continuation of open public hearings of the Senate into the testimony of Vice-Admiral Alberto Carlos that he “operationalized the President’s marching orders to deescalate the tension in my area of operation” thereby achieving a ”flawless” RORE mission. The reward for the efforts of Vice-Admiral Carlos – he was fired. Instead, we now see a new escalating crisis under Gen. Brawner and the “surrender” of Filipino Navy men because of alleged smuggling attempt of construction materials.

                To the delight of Gibo and Brawner’s upline US bosses, the latest CCG and Philippine Navy encounter resulted in the thumb dismemberment, simply the latest in “fishing expeditions” seeking to push up the escalation ladder of SCS tensions. – after the ”de-escalation” attempt. Instead of seeking peaceful resolution through such de-escalation initiatives as Vice-Admiral Carlos, Gibo and Brawner vow to “resist” with “calls on its allies to help defend the country’s rights.” This is just an open invitation for US intervention in the Philippines and the region to threaten ASEAN centrality.

                US destabilization of the Philippines is accelerating as the Philippines falls apart economically, socially, morally and politically. Now comes the  latest earthquake of Vice -President Sara Duterte’s resignation from all cabinet roles even as the government turns increasingly to U.S.-backed fascism by the American Reaper drones loitering all over Davao and the northern provinces, while droves of U.S. Special Forces are landing in the said areas and EDCA Bases. ###
